Later in the story, Hamlet killed Polonius. instantaneously Leartes, his son, wanted revenge on the killer. His vicious peevishness was shown when he exclaimed: To hell, Allegiance! Vows to the blackest d evil! Conscience and grace, to the profoundest pit! I defy damnation.
